About Me

I do this work because I spent so many years in my career feeling like there was something wrong with me and wrestling with the question, “What do I want to be when I grow up?” My career path and education taught me that there are many ways to create the passion, meaning, and fulfillment I yearned for in the workplace.  

I have had the opportunity to explore a variety of industries, and I met many people along they way who shared similar feelings to what I had experienced in my career—frustration, overwhelm, and a desire for something more. It was in these conversations that I found my way to be in service of others through delivering coaching and leadership development. I am inspired to help individuals achieve the next level in their career or transition into a new career that they love. I also have a deep passion for working with leaders and teams in organizations with a desire to make a bigger impact, build stronger relationships, and create better workplaces so that people feel inspired and engaged in creating outstanding results.
