What ultimately drew me into this work was witnessing how quickly careers, organizations, and life plans can change. Throughout my own career, and through the experiences of the professionals and leaders I worked alongside, I saw talented people navigating restructures, acquisitions, leadership changes, unexpected opportunities, and transitions they never saw coming.
What fascinated me was not the change itself. It was how differently people responded to it. Some remained anchored to certainty, hoping things would return to what they had always known. Others used those moments as an opportunity to intentionally define what came next. That distinction continues to fascinate me today.
It led me to explore what helps people navigate uncertainty, strengthen confidence, and create meaningful growth even when the path ahead is unclear. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a career that brings together business development, sales leadership, coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and human development. Today, I draw on all of those experiences to help individuals and organizations navigate growth with greater clarity, intention, and purpose.
